Bench is a private network for experienced professionals looking for cofounders, founding team members, and collaborators.
Experienced professionals carry skills, industry knowledge, relationships, and operating experience that a job title alone doesn’t capture. Bench makes that experience searchable so members can find people with relevant skills, industry experience, and interests for cofounding, founding-team, and collaborative opportunities.
Bench is just getting started.
The full Bench platform isn’t live yet. I’m gathering early interest and developing the first private version of the network. There is no set launch date.
You can join the Bench list to follow the project. If you want to be considered for early access and are willing to provide more detailed professional information, you can also apply for the Founding Cohort.
The first product I intend to test is a private member directory that allows experienced professionals to discover and connect with one another based on professional background, current interests, and what they are open to.
What could I use Bench for?
- Find people in your city or industry navigating a similar career transition
- Find a potential cofounder or founding team
- Find collaborators with experience you need
- Explore joining an early company, project, or new opportunity
- Find experienced people for advisory, consulting, or fractional work
- Make your own experience discoverable for opportunities you are open to
- Find peers, mentors, or advisors with relevant professional experience
- Find experienced talent that may be difficult to identify through a traditional job search
The first version of Bench will focus on making experienced professionals and their current interests easier to discover within a private network.
